Booking and Deposits

To secure your event date, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit amount and remaining balance due date will be specified in your booking agreement. Your date is not confirmed until the deposit is received and a signed agreement is on file. Encore Photo Booths reserves the right to release your date if payment is not received within the specified window.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances. For cancellations made more than 60 days before the event date, no additional charges beyond the deposit will apply. Cancellations made within 60 days of the event date may be subject to the full contracted amount, as equipment and staffing have been allocated. We are happy to reschedule your event to a different date, subject to availability, at no additional rescheduling fee when notice is provided at least 30 days in advance.

Liability

Encore Photo Booths carries general liability insurance and operates professionally staffed booths at all events. We are not liable for damages caused by misuse of equipment by guests, venue conditions outside our control, or acts of nature. Our liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount paid for the rental service. We are not responsible for lost or stolen personal property at events.

Content and Photo Ownership

Photos and videos captured at your event belong to you and your guests. We do not claim ownership of the content produced at your event. By booking with us, you grant Encore Photo Booths a non-exclusive license to use a selection of event photos for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes, including our website and social media channels, unless you opt out in writing prior to your event. Guests appearing in photos may contact us to request removal of specific images.
