Our team typically arrives 60 to 90 minutes before your event start time to set up the 360 photo booth. Setup includes assembling the rotating arm, positioning the platform, calibrating the camera, connecting to the sharing system, and running test shots to make sure everything looks great before guests arrive. Breakdown after the event takes about 45 minutes. All setup and breakdown time is included in your rental package, so the clock on your booked hours does not start until the booth is live and ready for guests.
