Do you charge travel to Davis?
No. Davis sits 15 to 20 minutes across the Yolo Causeway from our Sacramento base, so it prices the same as everywhere else in the metro.
Do you work UC Davis events?
All year. Department banquets and Greek formals fill fall and winter, then graduation season hits and the calendar goes sideways. The Conference Center and Buehler Alumni Center are familiar rooms for us.
Any chance of booking a June graduation party late?
Sometimes. June weekends in Davis are the tightest dates we have all year, so call early if you can. If your date just snuck up on you, call anyway. Cancellations happen.
Do you reach barn venues out in Winters or Woodland?
Yes. Great Bear Vineyards and the barns 20 minutes out are all reachable, and our battery-powered stations do not care whether the barn has outlets.
Which booth do Davis clients pick?
Students go Green Screen, no contest, because guests choose their own backgrounds. Weddings at Odd Fellows Hall or El Macero usually book the Gold Photo Station.
